About MUBET

Mid-Eastern United Brethren
Evangelistic Team

A non-denominational team making Christ known through evangelism and discipleship since 1994.

Our Story

30+ Years of Ministry

MUBET (Mid-Eastern United Brethren Evangelistic Team) was founded in 1994 with a singular vision: to make Christ known through evangelism and discipleship. What began as a small group of dedicated believers has grown into a movement spanning universities across Kenya.

In August 2024, we celebrated our 30 Years Anniversary, marking three decades of faithful service to the Lord. Throughout these years, we have witnessed countless lives transformed by the Gospel and have raised up generations of believers who continue to spread the message of salvation.

We are a non-denominational team, united not by a particular church affiliation but by our shared commitment to the Great Commission. Our mission transcends denominational boundaries as we focus on what truly matters: making disciples of all nations.

Who We Are

Students & Associates

Students

MUBET exists as an evangelistic team under the Christian Union in the majority of universities in Kenya. Our student members are the backbone of our ministry, actively engaging in campus evangelism, discipleship programs, and community outreach.

As students, they balance their academic pursuits with their commitment to spreading the Gospel, learning to integrate their faith into every aspect of their lives.

Associates

MUBET also exists through the graduates who still have the desire to spread the gospel even after completing their university degree. Our associates are working professionals all over the world who continue to live out their faith in their workplaces and communities.

They serve as mentors to current students, provide guidance and support, and organize regional activities to maintain the fellowship and mission of MUBET beyond university.
